Dr. Brandie Medina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from California State University, Stanislaus and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. During her clinical rotations, she worked at Fresno VA Medical Center, Phoenix Indian Medical Center and The Center for the Partially Sighted in Los Angeles. In her early career, Dr. Medina was a clinical instructor through UC Berkeley School of Optometry. She practiced at Turlock Family Vision for 12 years prior to purchasing Advanced Optometric Services in 2018. Her special interests include pediatric vision care and low vision rehabilitation. She is also Board Certified in the treatment of Glaucoma.
Dr. Medina is active in her church and enjoys volunteering at various events throughout the community. She and her husband Tom stay busy raising their twins. In her spare time, Dr. Medina enjoys gardening, photography, and reading.
